Qingdao Yiyang Rigging Hardware is one of the biggest rigging factories in China handling shackles, turnbuckles, hooks, thimbles, wire rope clips, swivels, bolts and nuts, snap hooks, links and rings, U-bolts, pulleys, marine hardware, car fittings, pipe fittings, irregular products, other investment items and many more. Our products are used in hoisting, metallurgy equipment, airport and railway loading and unloading, forest equipment, electric equipment, aviation, sea and land transportation, environmental protection and other machines.
We adopt the ERP management model, which improves our quality, working efficiency and cost saving. We have 10 automatic production lines with a monthly capacity of 400 tons, which is about 20 x 20-foot containers. Delivery lead time is between 20 to 25 days, but for urgent order, we can be faster.
Our products are ASTM-, JIS-, DIN-, BS-, AS- and EN-certified, which give easy access to European and American markets. This is ensured by 10 QC staff with about 15 years of experience who inspect the quality and also conduct spot checks for raw material. Third-party inspections are welcome as well. Furthermore, we have 20 R&D staff that provide a sample lead time of 15 working days for OEM buyers.
